摘要
给出了采用ＰＣ总线的工业控制计算机作为剃齿刀磨齿机的数控系统，细分步进电机系统及光电编码器作为执行及检测元件的系统构成方法。软件开发采用模块化思想，并采用多媒体技术，具有良好的人机界面。系统具有手动、自动、编程等工作方式，适用于ＹＫ７４３２剃齿刀磨齿机的数控改造。
This paper presents a practical method of the CNC system of industrial personal computer with PC BUS for shaving cutter grinding machine, with the micro_stepping_motor system as performing unit and the optoelectronic coder as measuring unit. The design of the system software is based on the modular method, uses multimedia technology and makes a friendly man_machine interface. The CNC system has operation modes, such as manual & automatic programming, and is used for retrofitting the YK 7432 shaving cutter grinding machine.
