总结10例不典型心内膜弹力纤维增生症患儿的观察和护理重点。认为心内膜弹力纤维增生症患儿病情危重,病死率较高,容易误诊,故严密病情观察,早期发现疾病症状与体征,防止误诊及漏诊;注意心力衰竭表现,及时报告医生病情变化;保持呼吸道通畅的同时,积极改善缺氧状况;遵医嘱正确、合理使用药物;保持患儿安静,使其充分休息;做好患儿饮食护理和指导;做好机械通气护理;重视出院宣教使患儿得到长期正规治疗,并按时复诊是护理的重点。本组患儿中好转8例,1例放弃治疗,1例死亡。

This paper summarizes the key points for observing and caring 10 children patients with atypical endocardial fibroelastosis as follows： closely watching the disease conditions for timely spotting of the related symptoms and signs to prevent misdiagnosis and negligence of treatment; heeding the signs of heart failure; report any change in the disease conditions to the doctors in time; improving the anoxic condition while keeping the respiratory tract unblocked; following the doctor＇s order in using the medications; keeping the patients calm to ensure adequate rest; offering good diet work and guidance and mechanical ventilation; making discharge publicity and education so that the patients can revisit the doctor on time and get regular standardized medical treatment. Of the 10 cases, 8 turned better, 1 gave up the treatment, and 1 died.
