摘要
目的对慈溪市部分在职护士进行焦虑调查,分析不同层次护士的焦虑特点。方法用焦虑自评量表对慈溪市在职745名护士进行调查,并比较不同职称、年龄、工龄、职务、学历以及不同单位性质、不同级别公立医院、不同科室护士间焦虑水平的差异。结果745名护士焦虑分高于常模(P<0.001);不同编制、不同单位性质、不同级别公立医院、不同科室的护士焦虑得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.0001),正式在编护士、公立医院护士、市级医院的护士焦虑水平相对较高;不同的职称、工龄、年龄、职务、学历间护士的焦虑得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慈溪市部分护士存在焦虑状态,其中正式在编护士、公立医院护士、市级医院的护士焦虑水平相对较高;提示应针对护士焦虑水平高的原因,采取积极有效的干预,以提高护士群体的心理健康水平。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of the anxiety of nurses at various levels in Cixi City. Methods By means of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale, a survey was made with 745 on-the-job nurses in Cixi City, and then comparisons were made of the levels of anxiety of nurses of different professional titles, ages, durations of work, position, educational backgrounds and from different levels of state-owned hospitals and different departments. Results The levels of anxiety of all the subjects were higher than the domestic norm (P〈0.001). And the differences in terms of the staffing structure, the status and level of the work unit, and the department were all statistically significant (P〈0.01 or P〈0.0001), with the anxiety level of the nurses on the permanent staff, and those from state-owned hospitals and municipal ones being higher. The differences in terms of professional title, work duration, age, position, and educational background had no statistical significance (P〉0.05). Conclusion Part of the nursing staff in Cixi City has anxiety, with the level of nurses on the permanent staff, and those from state-owned hospitals and municipal ones being on the high end. This points to the necessity of taking effective interference measures in light of the causes of the anxiety to improve the mental health of the nursing population.
