Research on the Upper Computer Software Applying for On-line Gas Chromatography Simulation Distillation Analysis Instrument

介绍为自主研制的在线色谱模拟蒸馏分析仪表开发的上位机软件,其通过与下位机通讯协作,实现对现场仪表的自动控制,能够实时分析汽油、柴油、航空煤油等多种轻质油品的馏程。实验证明计算得到的馏程数据具有很高的重复性和准确性。

The Software of the upper computer is exploited for the independent researched gas chromatography simulation distillation analysis instrument. Through Communicating With PLC, the analysis instrument in the industrial field installing the software can create online automatic control and real-time computation of the distillation range of light fuel oils such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil and so on. Making mass industrial field experiments, it＇s proved that data results of the distillation range have a high repeatability and accuracy.
