Discussion on Information Needs and Satisfaction Strategies of Medical Interns

对医学实习生的信息需求现状进行问卷调查,指出其信息需求的特征和获取方式,对学生获取信息的障碍进行探讨,提出满足信息需求的策略,包括整合资源、提高外语水平、信息素养培养、学习能力提升、开展网络咨询等。

Based on the questionnaire survey on the status quo of information needs for medical interns,the paper points out the characteristics of information needs and the paths for receiving all of those;moreover,it proposes strategies for how to harmonize the maximization need for information after those obstacles which would influence students receive information analyzed,including resource integration, promoting proficiency in foreign languages,enhancing information literacy and the ability of learning and launching internet consultation.
