摘要
设计了一种新的分析方法,采用气体体积测定法和反应气相色谱法联用以测定碳纤维/铝复合材料界面化学反应产物Al4C3的含量。当用单位纤维表面积所生成的Al4C3(I)来表征界面反应程度时,460℃、540℃下的动力学分析表明:I-t图线性回归系数大于0.9,由此计算的界面反应扩散激活能为49.20kcal/mol。
A new analytical method was designed to determine the interaction product Al_4C_3 from Al/C composites,based on gas volumetric method combined with the reactiongas chromatography. Due to its high sensitivity, easy operating and good reproducibility,this method can be applied to analyze the minute reactions in the fiber/matrix interface which are difficult to be identified by other methods. Defining the content of Al_4C_3 produced per area of carbon fibers,or I, to characterize the degree of the interfacial reaction, I is in the range of 10μg/cm2。 The kinetic analysis at 460℃ and 540℃showed that the linear regression coefficients between I and t1/2were more than 09 and the activation energy of interfacial diffusion reaction is 4920kcal/mol.
