摘要
介绍了毫安级恒流源通过标准电阻转变为电压进行计量检定的方法,分析了误差来源,着重探讨了电压测量输入阻抗对测量不准确度的影响,给出了实验数据,对恒流源计量精度装置的自动化、小型化研究具有一定的应用价值。
In this paper, a method is introduced that is to measure the voltage across a standard resisant which a constant-current passes in order to verify the constant-current source, its error sources, especially caused by the DMM input impedance are analysed and test data presented. The method is useful to make the mA constant-current source's verifi-cation equipment more automated and smaller.
