红菜薹新品种佳红1号的选育及应用

Development and Application of a New Purple Cai-tai Cultivar,Jiahong No.1

佳红1号系武汉市东西湖区园艺所和武汉市东西湖区农科所联合选育出的红菜薹新品种,早熟、高产、抗逆性强,播种至始收55d左右,前期产量高,薹色紫红有蜡粉,抽薹匀称,薹叶小而少,商品性佳,食味甜美。适宜长江流域秋冬栽培。

Jiahong No.1 is a new Purple Cai-tai cultivar, was developed by pedigree method. It is early-maturing, high yield, strong resistance, and the time is about 55 d form sowing to harvesting. It has high yield in early time, and it is amaranth, has wax powder, high uniformity in bolting, small and few leaves, good commodity performance, sweet taste. It is suitable for cultivation in Changjiang River Valley in autumn and winter.
