江苏省煤炭运输特点与发展对策研究

Coal transportation in Jiangsu:a study on its characteristics and countermeasures for development

在阐述江苏省煤炭运输现状的基础上,分析其煤炭运输特点及问题,主要有:运输规模逐年递增;运输路线长、结点多、风险大;运输成本不断提高;运输瓶颈制约煤炭供应。提出解决江苏煤炭运输问题的措施:开发利用替代能源,缓解煤炭运输紧张局面;保障铁路运输,积极发展水运,降低运输成本;变输煤为输电,减轻煤炭运输压力;建立江苏沿海煤炭物流基地,发挥江苏省沿海多港的优势。

On the basis of giving an account of the status-quo of coal transportation in Jiangsu Province, this paper analyses the characteristics and problems of coal transportation in Jiangsu mainly including the increasing transportation demands, long transportation routes with multiple nodes that are vulnerable, constantly increasing transportation costs and coal supply hindered by transportation bottlenecks. The authors then put forward measures as solutions to coal transportation problems in Jiangsu. These include developing and utilizing alternative energy to ease the pressure on coal supply; while due attention is being paid to expanding the capacity of the railway system, development of water transportation system is to be promoted so as to reduce transportation costs as a whole; coal fired power generation is to be promoted further to abate the pressure on coal transportation; building coal logistics bases along the coast in Jiangsu Province so as to bring into full play the multi-seaport advantage of this developed province.
