阐述了我国煤炭产业结构趋同化现状,分析了煤炭产业结构趋同化和产业结构调整的利弊,以及造成煤炭企业产业趋同化的原因,提出了解决问题的对策和建议。

This paper provides an account of the present status of the phenomenon of similitude in the industrial structure in the coal mine companies of this country and also an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the similar industrial structure of various coal companies and their industrial restructuring. The paper also discusses the reasons of the ＂tending to the same＂ phenomenon with the coal mine companies＇ industrial structure. The paper concludes with the author＇s measures and recommendations as solution to this issue.
