项目治理中利益相关方博弈模型研究

A study on the gaming model reflecting the interests of parties involved in project governance

将相关方参与项目看作投资过程,通过修正的罗宾斯坦恩讨价还价模型对项目治理中利益相关方之间的博弈关系进行了描述,并对若干不同情况下均衡状态的收益分配组合进行了分析。通过在项目治理利益相关方之间建立一种公平合理的收益分配机制,实现各利益相关方之间的帕累托最优,从而为利益相关方之间的有效合作提供参考。

The collaboration relations among the interest-linking parties, however, are constructed on the basis of their gaming relations. On the basis of treating the participation of the parties in relavant projects as a process of investment, this paper presents a description of the gaming relations among the interest-linking parties involved in project governance with the help of revised Rubinstein bargining model. At the same time, this paper also presents an analysis of profit distribution under various scenarios. By way of establishing a fair and rational profit distribution mechanism among all interest-linking parties involved in project governance, an optimized Pareto is established for the said parties. This ensures an effective collaboration among the interest-linking parties.
