摘要
分析了在当前就业形势下企业实行轮岗制面临的问题与利弊,提出了解决轮岗制问题的基本对策。
Facing the present situation of stringent employment, this paper provides an analysis of problems, issues, advantages and disadvantages of ＂rotating job system＂ in enterprises. This paper also proposes basic measures to meet the issue of rotating job system.
