摘要
以晋城煤业集团寺河矿井下带式输送机机头挡煤板设计应用为例,阐述了带式输送机机头挡煤板的设计原理和方法、设计特点,挡煤板的结果以及效益。
Based on the design and application of the spillplate of belt conveyor at its head side which is used in Sihe Coal Mine, Jincheng Coal Group, this paper elaborates on the rationalized design of the spillplate of belt conveyor at its head side. This design reduces the impact of coal flow to the belt conveyor ahead, increases the yield of lump coal, reduces the labour intensity of workers, improves the working conditions and raises productivity. Thus the rationalized design of the spillplate is of value for spread use.
