摘要
通过对型煤抗压强度的测定,比较全面地分析了生物质含量、成型压力、成型温度、恒温时间及煤粉粒度等因素对成型效果的影响,并提出了生物质型煤热压成型的推荐工艺参数。最后讨论了生物质与煤粉表面作用及生物质型煤强度的机理。
BCC(biomass compound coal)as the new type energy, is the valid path for alleviating the energy crisis, making use of a recycle energy resource efficiently, protecting environment and solving combustion shortage of the traditional industry briquette. Carrying on evaluation experiments of cold-presses intensity, it has been comprehensively analyzed that the biomass proportion, briquetting pressure, heat-forming temperature, holding time and powder of coal granularity had impacted on shaping in an all-round way. The recommendation craft parameter of hot shaping of bio- briquette has been proposed. The bio- briquette production mechanism and surface action are discussed.
