硝酸舍他康唑软膏治疗体股癣疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Sertaconazole Nitrate Ointment in Treating Tinea Corporis and Tinea Cruris

摘要 目的观察硝酸舍他康唑软膏治疗体股癣的疗效。方法治疗组外涂硝酸舍他康唑软膏于患处,2次/d,对照组外用1%联苯苄唑软膏,2次/d。对两组试验结果进行比较。结果治疗组和对照组在停药时有效率分别为78.95%和81.43%,在停药2周后两组的有效率分别为86.84%、84.29%,两组比较差异均无显著性。结论硝酸舍他康唑乳膏治疗体股癣疗效和不良反应发生率与1%联苯苄唑软膏相似,是治疗体股癣的可靠药物。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Sertaconazole Nitrate Ointment on tinea corporis and tinea cruris. Methods Sertaconazole Nitrate Ointment was used in the treatment group, and Bifonazole was used in the control group, and the results of both groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 78.95% and 81.43% respectively on the moment of drug withdrawal, two weeks later, the rerults were 86. 84% and 84. 29% respectively, and there was no significant difference between them (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect and relapse rate show no difference between Sertaconazole Nitrate Ointment and Bifonazole, and Sertaconazole Nitrate Ointment is a reliable drug for treatment of tinea corporis and tinea cruris.
