阿奇霉素不良反应干预措施研究

Study of Intervention Measure on Side Effect of Azitromycin

目的调查分析我院2005年1月-2008年12月阿奇霉素临床应用状况,分析不良反应发生原因,指导临床安全用药。方法采用回顾性分析方法对所有应用阿奇霉素的病例进行归纳总结。结果阿奇霉素的不良反应与患者年龄、有无过敏史、给药速度、是否联合用药等诸多因素有关。结论临床医生在使用阿奇霉素时,应该根据患者药物代谢动力学特点合理用药,以提高阿奇霉素的用药安全性。

Objective To investigcte and analyze the application situation of Azitromycin in our hospital from Jan. 2005 to Dec. 2008 and analyze the reasons of side effect occuring to guide the safe use of the medicine. Methods To conduct the retrospective analysis on the data of the cases using Azitromycin in our hospital in the whole year. Results The side effect occuring of Azitromycin is relat- ed to the patients age, allergy history, medication speed, etc. Conclusion Doctors should reasonably use Azitromycin according to the characteristic of pharmacokinetics to improve the medication safety of Azitromycin.
