摘要
空间钢管桁架由于具有造型丰富、受力明确、用钢量省、施工方便等特点而被广泛地应用在大跨度公共建筑设施中。本文结合某体育中心工程设计,介绍了大跨度空间管桁架屋盖结构的计算模型确定、主桁架平面布置及支撑平面布置、主桁架设计、杆件及节点设计等内容,整个设计过程和设计方法及节点构造可供同类工程参考。
The CHSS steel truss has been widely built in the large-span public building and construction because it has the characteristics such as abundant architectural shape, definite load condition, economical cost of steel, simple construction and simplified calculation modeling. In this paper, the structural design procedure of the steel roof used in a sports center is introduced in detail. A computer model of space structure of the steel roof is established and analyzed using finite element method in MS'12005. Meanwhile, the structure arrangement, main truss design and truss member and joint design axe presented. And the additional lateral and longitudinal braces arrangement are needed to form invariant geometric system and how to place them are described. The whole structural design procedure and method can be taken as a reference for the similar project.
