枣蛋白聚糖的纯化及其免疫功能研究 被引量:5

摘要 从枣中分离得到粗蛋白聚糖,经DEAE-SepharoseCL-6B、SepharoseCL-6B和Sephadex G-200柱层析,分离纯化得白色粉末状枣蛋白聚糖(ZSG4b)。化学组成分析表明ZSG4b含83.5%多糖、9.7%蛋白质。ZSG4b在体外有明显的免疫活性,且活性随其浓度的增大而增加。 The crude water-soluble proteoglycan was isolated from Zizyphus jujuba cv. Jinsixiaozao.ZSG4b was obtained by purification using DEAE-SepharoseCL-6B anion exchange, Sepharose CL-6B and Sephadex G-200 column chromatography. ZSG4b contained 83.5% glycan and 9.7% protein. ZSG4b exhibited high immunity activity which was increased in accordance with the increase of concentration in vitro.
