摘要
目的测定正常组、早、中和晚期膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者血清和关节液中白细胞介素-1(IL-1)水平的变化,探讨IL-1在KOA发病中所起的作用及其用于临床上判断KOA早期病理变化的可能性。方法应用酶联免疫吸附技术(ELSIA)检测10例健康体检者和30例早、中、晚期KOA患者血清和关节液中IL-1水平,通过关节镜观察并切取关节滑膜组织,标本分别行甲苯胺蓝染色,光镜下观察。结果KOA患者早、中、晚期血清和关节液中IL-1含量显著高于正常对照组,且随病情的进展而含量逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),关节液中IL-1水平与Mankin分值之间呈高度正相关,关节液IL-1水平越高,关节软骨的病变程度越重。结论IL-1与KOA患者免疫炎症有关,其水平高低可反映病情活动变化情况。
Objective To determine the normal group, early, medium and late knee osteoarthritis (KOA) patients with serum and joint synovial fluid interleukin--1 ( IL-1 ) and investigate the effect of IL-1 at the pathogenesis of KOA and the possibility to judge early pathological changes of KOA in clinic. Methods Use ELSI A to detect the level of IL-1 in serum and joint synovial fluid in 10 cases of healthy persons and 30 cases of early, medium and late KOA. Observe through arthroscopy and cut organization of articular synovial. The specimens were separately HE stained and observed bymicroscopy. Results The content of IL-1 in serum and joint synovial fluid with early, medium and late KOA patients was significantly higher than the normal control group, and with the progress of the disease and the content gradually increased, the difference has statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The IL-1 level in joint synovial fluid and the Mankin score was positively correlated. The higher IL- 1 level,the more serious the degree of lesions of articular cartilage. Conclusion IL-1 was related to KOA patients with immune inflammation, and its level can reflect changes in disease activity.
