摘要
在机械搅拌通风发酵罐设计和改造过程中,从构造原理上强化其溶氧过程和降低发酵的能耗是一个值得研究和探讨的问题。生产实践表明,用由喷嘴、混合管和循环管组成的射流混合器来强化机械搅拌通风发酵罐的第一次气体分散,使搅拌器的层数减少是机械搅拌通风发酵罐提高溶氧效果、降低能耗的一种有效办法。
In the process of design and improvement of Ventilating Fermenter with Machine Agitating, strengthening its oxygen transferring effect and decreasing energy consumption of fermentation based on structure principle are worth studying. Practices show that it will be an efficient method to increase the rate of oxygen transferring and decrease energy consumption of Ventilating Fermenter with Machine Agitating by reducing the number of stirrers and strengthening the first gas dispersed of Ventilating Fermenter with Ma- chine Agitating which is strengthened by jet- stirring made up of nozzles, mixing tubes and circulating tubes.
