肾俞穴注射川芎嗪对高血压病降压作用的临床观察

The effect of injected Ligustrazine to shenshu point in patients with hypertension

目的探讨肾俞穴注射川芎嗪对高血压病降压作用。方法随机将中医辨证为肝阳上亢的80例EH患者分为治疗组40例,对照组40例。治疗组运用肾俞穴注射川芎嗪0.5 ml/次,对照组臀部肌肉注射2.5 ml/次。结果治疗组降压疗效、改善症状疗效及总的临床疗效均优于对照组。结论肾俞穴注射川芎嗪是一种治疗EH疗效确切的方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of shenshu point injected to point ligustraline on hypotensive effect of hypertension. Methods 80 hypertension patients of hyperactivity of liver-Yang were divided randomly into two groups ：control group and treatment group,40 patients each group. Patients in treatment group were injected Ligustrazine to Shenshu point, 0. 5 mg/day, while those in control group injected Ligustrazine in buttock muscle, 2. 5 mg/day. Results The effect of two groups is similar. In BP decreasing and regulating blood hypercoagulation state, the effect of treatment group is better than that of control group. Conclusion It is an effective treatment that injecting Ligustrazine to Shenshu point to deal with hypertension.
