反相高效液相色谱法测定消风散中欧前胡素的含量

Determination of Imperatorin in Xiaofeng Powder by RP-HPLC

目的建立消风散中欧前胡素的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定含量。色谱柱:Ultimate XB C18柱;流动相:甲醇-水(66:34);流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:300 nm。结果欧前胡素在3.64～36.4μg/ml范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为99.8%,RSD=1.14%(n=5)。结论本法灵敏、准确,重现性好,可作为消风散中欧前胡素的含量测定。

Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Imperatorin in Xiaofeng Powder. Methods The Ultimate XB C18 （250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm） was used. The column temperature was 30℃ ,the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-water（66：34）, the detected wavelength was at300 nm. and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results The linear ranges of Imperatorin was 3.64- 36.4 μg/ml （ r = 0. 999 9） ; The average recovery was 98.3 %, RSD = 1.25 % （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of Xiaofeng Powder.
