心肌梗死模型制作的实验性研究和体会 被引量:1

摘要 心肌梗死是威胁人类生命的严重疾病,目前发病趋于年轻化。也是威胁人类健康的心血管系统常见病,是人类死亡的主要原因之一。目前发病率和死亡率有逐年上升趋势。在心肌梗死各领域的研究中,动物模型的制作必不可少而且非常急需。由于研究目的不同,所需的动物模型也不一样。定位精确,原因明确,与人类心肌梗死发病和部位相同的家兔心肌梗死模型的建立,必将有不可估量的意义。
