锁定钢板治疗四肢干骺端粉碎性骨折疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨锁定钢板治疗四肢干骺端骨折的疗效。方法使用锁定钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折22例,股骨髁骨折10例,胫骨平台骨折14例。结果共46例均获随访,随访时间3~14个月,切口除1例外均Ⅰ期愈合。37例术后2~5个月愈合,9例6~8个月愈合,骨折相邻关节功能良好。结论锁定钢板治疗四肢干骺端骨折可获得满意疗效。
