摘要
选择适当的中药加入药用真菌深层发酵基质,通过中药中的成分与药用真菌生长代谢间的相互作用可以起到增效的作用,成为药用真菌发酵研究的热点之一。文中综述了中药对药用真菌深层发酵的影响,并对今后的研究趋势进行了展望。
The bioactivities of medicinal fungi could be enhanced by adding suitable Chinese medicines into the substrate to enable the interaction between the components of Chinese medicine and fungi. This experimental idea has been developed into a study subject on submerged culture of medicinal fungi. The research progresses on the effects of Chinese medicines on submerged culture of fungi were reviewed, and further application outlook was put forward in this paper.
