延胡索与其伪品薯蓣零余子和黄独零余子的鉴别 被引量:6

Research comparison of Corydalis yanhusuo W. T. Wang,bulbils of Dioscorea opposite Thunb.and Dioscorea bulbifera L.

摘要 目的:对延胡索及近期出现的伪品薯蓣零余子和黄独零余子进行鉴别。方法:应用生药学分析方法,进行延胡索及其伪品外观性状与显微的鉴别及化学反应和薄层色谱鉴别。结果:发现延胡索与薯蓣零余子和黄独零余子三者在性状、显微和化学方面三者均有区别,可用于伪品鉴别。 Objective:To identify Corydalis yanhusuo W. T. Wang, bulbils of Dioscorea opposite Thunb. and Dioscorea bulbifera L.. Method:Corydalis yanhusuo W. T. Wang, bulbils of Dioscorea opposite Thunb. and Dioscorea bulbifera L. were compared by description, microscopic and TLC. Result:The differences among Corydalis yanhusuo W. T. Wang, bulbils of Dioscorea opposite Thunb. and Dioscorea bulbifera L. were obvious in appearance description, microscopic description and TLC. Conclusion : Corydalis yanhusuo W. T. Wang, bulbils of Dioscorea opposite Thunb. and Dioscorea bulbifera L. can be identified by the characters of description, microscopic and TLC.
