摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方救心片中人参皂苷Rg1、Re含量。方法:采用SUPELCO C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.06%磷酸溶液(100∶400),流速:0.8mL·min-1,检测波长203nm,柱温30℃。结果:人参皂苷Rg1进样量在2.18~10.90μg(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=6)为99.85%(RSD=1.5%);人参皂苷Re进样量在2.21~11.05μg(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=6)为98.79%(RSD=2.3%)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,重复性好。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1, Re in compound Jiuxin tablets. Method:The SUPELCO Cls column( 150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was adopted;The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile -0.06% phosphoric acid solution( 100: 400) and the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min^-1;The detection wavelength was 203 nm and column temperature was controlled at about 30 ~C. Results:For ginsenoside Rg1 ,the method had good linear relationship within the range of 2.18 to 10.90 μg with the correlation coefficient 0. 9999, and the average recovery ( n = 6 ) was 99.85 % with RSD of 1.5 % ; For ginsenoside Re, the method had good linear relationship within the range of 2.21 to 11.05 μg with the correlation coefficient 0. 9999, and the average recovery(n=6) was 98.79% with RSD of 2.3%. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and has good reproduction.
