摘要 研究了花生陈种浸种吸水、萌发以及芽菜生长的规律。结果表明:以28℃水温浸种,花生浸种吸水率随浸种时间的增加而增加,14h接近饱和,浸种饱和吸水率0·40,萌发吸水率0·44~0·50;花生种子干重是影响吸水速度、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数的重要因素,干重与萌发吸水率呈极显著负相关,与发芽势、发芽率呈极显著正相关;各浸种处理发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数呈现波动状态,以浸种4h和14h处理各项指标较高;相关分析和回归分析均表明,影响商品产量即芽菜组均重的因素为活力指数、发芽指数等。 The water absorption in the seed soaking, germination characteristics and growing development of bud vegetable of aging peanuts seed were investigated.The results indicated that:the water absorption percentage of aging peanuts soaked with 28℃ water increased with soaked time,and reached saturation at 0.40 about 14h while the germination absorption percentage ranging between 0.44-0.50.The weight of dry seed was the most important factor affecting water speed, germination percentage, germinative energy, germination index and vitality index.And the dry weight was a very significant negative correlation with the germination absorption percentage, and a significant positive correlation with germination percentage and germinative energy.Among levels of soaking time germination percentage, germinative energy, germination index and vitality index fluctuated ,which of.seed soaking for 4h and 14h were higher.The correlation analysis and regression analysis showed that vitality index and germination index were factors which affecting commodity production.
