摘要 建立了小麦粉中硫脲的高效液相色谱检测方法。样品经乙醇超声波提取,以40%甲醇-水溶液为流动相,XDB-C18色谱柱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,检测波长为242nm,外标法定量分析小麦粉中的硫脲的含量。该方法线性范围为0·5~15μg/mL,最低检出浓度为9μg/L,变异系数为1·17%~3·18%,加标平均回收率为90·7%,方法准确可靠,精密度较高。 A quantitive assay for the determination of thiourea was established by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) .Thiourea was extracted by ethanol.The separation was performed in a XDB-C18 column, 40% methanol-water as mobile phase.A photo-diode array detector was used to detect the compositions at 242nm.The linear range of the method was 0.5-15μg/mL,the detection limit was 91μg/L, RSD was 1.17%-3.18% and the average recovery was 90.7% .The method was accuracy, sensitivity and feasibility to analyze the residues of thiourea in flour.
