摘要
目的研究二氧化氯气体空气消毒效果及其影响因素。方法采用正交试验设计试验和撞击式空气微生物采样器采样方法对二氧化氯气体空气消毒效果及相关影响因素进行了观察。结果气雾室内空气中二氧化氯气体的浓度为8.1 mg/m3,作用30 min,对空气中人工污染的白色葡萄球菌气溶胶平均消除率>99.90%。现场房间内空气中二氧化氯浓度达到8.1 mg/m3,作用30 min,对空气中自然菌的平均消除率>90.00%。有机物小牛血清浓度0.5%以上对二氧化氯气体空气消毒效果有明显的影响,实验环境温度和相对湿度对二氧化氯空气消毒效果无明显影响。结论二氧化氯气体对室内空气中人工污染菌和自然菌都具有很好的杀灭效果,但其杀菌效果受有机物影响明显。
Objective To explore efficacy of chlorine dioxide gas in disinfection of air and its influential factors. Meth- ods Orthogonal experimental design and sampling with impinging air microorganism sampler were used to evaluate efficacy of chlorine dioxide gas in disinfection of air and its influential factors. Restdts In aerosol rooms, the killing rate of Staphylococcus albus exposed to 8.1 mg/m3 chlorine dioxide gas for 30 min was above 99.90%. In on - the - spot rooms, the killing rate of natural bacteria exposed to it for 30 min was above 90.00%. 5% BSA had significant influence on its germicidal efficacy on air. Its germicidal efficacy had no significant change with the change of temperature and humidity of experimental environment. Conclusion Chlorine dioxide gas has reliable germicidal efficacy on artificial contaminating and natural bacteria. The germicidal efficacy is significantly influenced by organic compounds.
