一种空气缓释消毒剂性能的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON PROPERTIES OF A KIND OF AIR SUSTAINED-RELEASE DISINFECTANT

摘要 目的研究二元制剂二氧化氯空气缓释消毒剂消毒相关性能。方法采用理化分析和现场试验及动物试验方法,对该空气缓释消毒剂的稳定性、消毒效果及其毒性进行了观察。结果用五步碘量法测得缓释消毒剂的二氧化氯含量为1133 mg/L,置37℃储存90 d后,下降率为4.32%。用该空气缓释消毒剂1份置于20 m3气雾室反应释放二氧化氯消毒作用30 min,对室内空气中白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率达到100%。在相同使用量的条件下,对48m3普通库房空气消毒作用60 min,可使空气中自然菌的消亡率均达到90%以上。雌雄小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值平均为865 mg/kg(体重),属低毒级物质;小鼠急性吸入毒性LC502 h均大于10 000 mg/m3,属实际无毒级;急性眼刺激试验属轻刺激性;对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞无致微核突变作用。结论二氧化氯空气缓释消毒剂有良好的杀菌效果和稳定性,毒性低。 Objective To study the disinfection related properties of a binary preparation of chlorine dioxide air sustained -release disinfectant. Methods Physicochemical analysis, field test and animal test were used to carry out observation on stability, disinfection efficacy and toxicity of the disinfectant. Results The chlorine dioxide content of the disinfectant measured by the "five - step iodometry" method was 1133 mg/L. After the disinfectant was stored at 37~C for 90 days, the chlorine dioxide content dropped by 4.32%. Exposing one unit of the disinfectant in a 20 m3 aerosol room for 30 rain killed 100% of Staphylococcus albus in air. Exposing one unit of the disinfectant in a 48 m3 ordinary storehouse for 60 min killed more than 90% of natural bacteria in air. Its acute oral toxicity LDs0 was 865 mg/kg in average in mice, so it belongs to low toxic substance. The acute inhalation toxicity LCso 2 h was higher than 10000 mg/m3 in mice which belongs to actually non - toxic class. Acute eye irritatiion test showed slightly irritating. The disinfectant did not induce micronucleus mutation of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes (PCE). Conclusion The sustained - release chlorine dioxide disinfectant has good germicidal efficacy, stability and low toxicity.
