摘要
本文通过对日资在华企业日方管理人员的问卷调查,从微观视角分析了跨国公司技术转移与企业战略、东道国市场、制度的影响。研究发现,在华的日资企业技术转移动力和层次普遍不高,无论企业战略目标是以获取更多的财务收益还是占有更大的市场,都没有发现有较强技术转移的动力;我国市场的增长和本土企业成长后的竞争没有显著增加母公司对华技术转移;而我国的法律体系的完善和国家加大对知识产权保护等制度因素则激励日资企业在华的技术转移行为。
In this paper,we analyze the impact on technology transferred by TNC, enterprise Strategies and the host country market and institutional micro-perceptively based on survey by the management staff in the Japan-owned enterprises in China. The study found out that degree on technology transfer levels generally is not enough within these enterprises. Regardless of their strategy goal is to gain much more profits or occupy a bigger market, they will not push their technology transfer harder. It is not inevitably for these enterprises to increase technology transfer from parent-company to China no matter how China market growth and improvement of enterprise competition and expansion; While the improvement of China's legal regime system and building stronger intellectual property rights protection system will drive the Japanese investment in technology transfer.
