摘要
中小企业知识资本的绩效实现问题已经受到企业管理者和管理理论界的重视。本文在总结中小企业知识资本绩效实现规律的基础上,采用访谈和调查问卷相结合的方式收集数据,对数据进行质量检验。然后使用SPSS13.0对数据进行相关分析和回归分析,进行假设检验,得出研究结果:中小企业组织距离、学习型文化、知识差距和企业对群体绩效的激励程度是知识资本绩效实现的4个最重要的影响因素。研究表明,中小企业知识资本的清晰度与其绩效实现相关性小。本文在对结果进行分析的基础上给出了合理的解释。
The SMEs intellectual capital achievement effect realizes a problem being already regarded highly by enterprise director and the managing theory. Adopt way of integration of interview with investigation questionnaire to collect the data , the qualification test being in progress to the data on article basis realizing law in the achievement effect having summed up SMEs intellectual capital. And then use SPSS13.0 to carry out relevance analysis and regression analysis on the data , carry out the hypothesis checkout,, reach the result studying: SMEs organizes distance , the gap and enterprise studying type culture , knowledge are the most important four influencing factor that the intellectual capital achievement effect realizes to group achievement effect excitation degree, be hit by peanuts intellectual capital articulation at the same time than the achievement effect realizes correlativity small, the at last carries out analysis on result , give out and rational making an explanation.
