摘要
本文对企业文化基因特征的研究脉络进行了梳理,应用超循环理论,建立了基于基因表达模型的企业文化分析框架,指出企业文化的作用和演变过程,是一个历经"反应循环、催化循环、超循环"3个层次,由"文化要素→惯例行为→能力(绩效)"的超循环过程。其中,惯例是推进企业文化建设的有效、有形抓手。
The thesis summarized the research thread of genetic characteristics of entrepreneurial culture, and set up the analyzing frame work of genetic expression model of entrepreneurial culture by applying the hypercycle theory. The thesis stated that the function and evolutionary process of entrepreneurial culture is a hypercycling process which going through three different levels as reactive cycling, catalytic cycling, and hyper cycling, and in the form of "cultural elements - conventional behavior - capability (performance)", among which, conventional behavior is the effective and visible focus in promoting the development of entrepreneurial culture.
