摘要
虚拟社区按照关系的类型可以分为基于现实关系和基于虚拟关系两种。本文从价值感知和信息系统质量的角度构建了结构方程模型,分别对这两种类型的用户参与虚拟社区的机制进行研究。研究结果表明,信息系统质量和价值感知对满意感有显著的正向作用,进而会增强社会认同感并提高参与的频率。对比信息系统质量和价值感知对参与的间接效应,基于现实关系的虚拟社区比基于虚拟关系的要强。
Virtual community can be classified into physical-relation-based and virtual-relation-based. From the perspective of IS quality and value perceptions, the paper builds the structural equation model to analyze the participation mechanism distinction between these two types of virtual communities. We find that IS quality and value perceptions have significant effects on user satisfaction which leads to increased social identity and a greater frequency of participation. The indirect effect of IS quality and value perceptions on participation in physical-relation-based virtual are stronger than that in virtual-relation-based.
