Organizational Politics:Literature Review and Future Research

摘要 本文把组织看作政治系统的观点强调权力、利益和冲突,从而打破了组织理性的神话,为组织研究提供了一个新的视角。本文在对国内外组织政治研究文献进行梳理的基础上,揭示了过去几十年来组织政治研究的3个分支——组织政治行为、组织政治知觉和组织政治技能所取得的进展及存在的不足,以期为进一步完善和发展组织政治研究,特别是推动组织政治的本土化研究提供参考。 Viewing organizations as a political system emphasizes power, interests and conflict. This viewpoint breaks the myth of organizational rationality and provides a new perspective in organizational theory. Literatures on Organizational Politics, including Political Behavior, Perception of Politics and Political Skills, are reviewed. Instructions for future in Chinese context, are proposed as well.
