摘要
作为企业社会责任的重要维度,企业慈善行为在企业与社会的有机互动中扮演着重要角色。本文首先述及了企业慈善行为的涵义,区分了慈善行为的种类,并在与社会责任的关联中探讨了其内涵;然后对企业慈善行为的演化历程做了简要总结;最后,就企业慈善行为的理论解释模式进行了归纳。
Corporate philanthropy plays an important part in the dynamic process of the corporate rateracting with society as a major dimension of corporate social responsibility. At the beginning, the paper touchs upon the connotations of philanthropic behaviour, makes a difference between its sorts, discusses its connotations from the angle of interactive relationship between corporate social responsibility, and philanthropic behaviour. And then the paper gives a summary of the evolution of corporate philanthropy. At last interpretation modes of corporate philanthropy are also generalized.
