摘要 简要地介绍了冷冻浓缩的原理,对国内外应用现状及研究进展进行了阐述,并展望了未来的发展趋势。 The principle of the freeze concentration technology is briefly introduced, the current application of the technology and the progress in study concerned are described, and its future development forecasted.
