针对2009年4月的"朝鲜发射"活动,国内外智库和学界有不同的解读,联合国安理会也就做出何等反应发生过激辩。朝鲜对"温和的"安理会主席声明做出激烈对抗,导致六方会谈受阻,并引来有关方面不同程度的反应。年初以来围绕朝鲜半岛发生的一系列事件之间有着内在联系,朝鲜半岛无核化进程遭遇挫折后,有关各方如不从大局和长远着眼,保持克制和冷静,就有可能导致局势进一步紧张和恶化。

In regard to 'the DPRK's satellite launch' last April,think-tanks as well as academia both at home and abroad have different understandings and the UN Security Council remained divided as to what action to take.A series of developments concerned with the Korean Peninsular since the beginning of this year have inherent relations and if the parties concerned do not take the issue from a broader and longer perspective or keep themselves refrained,the situation will become even more tense and deteriorated,since the non-nuclearization process of the Korean Peninsular has met setbacks.
