北京市西城区2001-2007年高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常患病情况动态分析

Dynamic Analysis on Prevalence of Hypertension,Diabetes and Hyperlipidemia in Xicheng District,Beijing,2001-2007

目的调查北京市西城区2001-2007年高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常患病情况及变化趋势。方法进行问卷调查;采用多阶段整群分层抽样方法。结果高血压3次调查患病率分别为2001年19.5%、2004年19.4%、2007年22.4%,糖尿病患病率分别为2001年5.2%、2004年7.5%、2007年9.1%,血脂异常患病率分别为2001年12.6%、2004年15.3%、2007年14.2%,3次患病率经统计学卡方检验均呈上升趋势。3次调查男女慢病患病率没有统计学差异。患病率随年龄的增加有升高的趋势。结论北京西城区高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常的患病率呈现较高水平,并有明显上升趋势,应进一步加强防治工作。

Objective To survey the prevalence of hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipiedemia in Dongcheng district of Beijing from 2001 to 2007 and to explore their change trends. Methods Questionnaire and multistage stratified cluster sampling method were used for the survey. Results The prevalences of hypertension were 19. 5%, 19. 4% and 22.4%, of diabetes were 5.2%, 7. 5% and 9. 1%, of hyperlipidemia were 12. 6%, 15.3% and 14.2% in year 2001, 2004 and 2007, respectively. The results of ehi - square test showed that the prevalences of hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia increased significantly with year elapsed. Conclusion The prevalent rates of hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia in Dongcheng district were higher and with increasing trends. So, further control is needed.
