摘要
以硫酸铝、水玻璃和铝酸钠为原料制备了聚合硅酸硫酸铝(PASS),研究了PASS絮凝剂的制备条件,并通过观测凝胶时间和透明度,探讨了在不同条件下制备的PASS的稳定性能。结果表明,Al/Si比在10~20,煮解温度为60~80℃时所制得的PASS具有良好的稳定性,其稳定时间可长达6个月。
An inorganic polymer flocculants polyaluminum silicate sulfate was prepared using aluminum sulfate, water glass and sodium aluminate as raw materials. The stability of PASS was investigated by gelation time and the change of transparence. It showed that the PASS with the Al/Si molar ratio of 20 and synthesized at 60-80 ℃ could preserve as long as 6 months.
