摘要
设计了分流式取样装置,配备无级变速的叶轮式排粮机构,在实验台上对谷物进行试验研究,分析了谷物流速、含杂率以及温度等因素对传感器输出频率的影响规律,自主研制电容式谷物水分传感器并通过烘箱法进行标定试验,试验结果表明:该传感器的水分测量范围:11%~24%,测量精度:≤0.5%;在常温下,低水分段时测量结果波动很小,基本满足在线谷物水分测量的要求。
A by-pass sampling device was designed,which can guarantee stationary grain flow.Analyse the grain current velocity,dirt percengtage and and temperatures influecing factors for sensor output frequency on the experimental bench. Make a self-regulating sesor and made the calibration experiments by standrad oven means.Experimental results showed that in the same condition,the sensor designed measured grain moisture in the range of 1 1%-24%,and error within 0.5%;under normal temperature,low-moistrue content meatrue results fluctuate slowly, basically satisfied the demand of real time corn moisture measure.
