日粮中添加过瘤胃脂肪对奶牛产奶量和乳汁成分的影响 被引量:17

摘要 为了解过瘤胃脂肪对奶牛产奶量和乳汁成分的影响,选取24头试验奶牛,分为4组,每组6头。3个处理组每头每天的过瘤胃脂肪添加量分别为:Ⅰ组200g,Ⅱ组300g,III组400g,IV组为对照组。结果表明,Ⅲ组产奶量提高了21.9%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);乳脂率未见显著变化(P>0.05);乳蛋白含量有下降的趋势,与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。这表明,泌乳早期添加过瘤胃脂肪能提高奶牛产奶量,对奶牛乳汁成分的影响不显著。 In order to make a study of the effect of diet supplemented with rumen protected fat on milk yield and milk composition of dairy cow, 24 cows were selected and averagely divided into d groups .There were 6 cows in Group Ⅰ, Group Ⅱ, Group Ⅲ, Group Ⅳ (control group) respectively. In Group Ⅰ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ, the addition of rumen protected fat in diet of each cow every day are respectively 200 g, 300 g, 400 g and 0 g.The results showed that milk yield of group Ⅲ was improved 21.9% which was significant compared with the group Ⅳ(P〈0.05). There was no obvious change in butter fat rate, while there was a downward trend in content of milk protein in Group Ⅲ compared with the group Ⅳ (P〉0.05). The tests indicate that diet supplemented with rumen protected fat could significantly improve the yield of milk and had no significant influence on the composition of milk of diary cow.
