The Sataus Quo of the Employment of Land Resource in Heilongjiang Province and The Ways of Reasonable Employment

本文在介绍黑龙江省土地资源总体特征和土地利用状况的基础上,对黑龙江省土地资源利用中存在着人均土地面积逐渐减少、掠夺式经营、土地污染等问题进行了分析,并针对问题提出了相应的解决对策。

On the basis of introducing the general features and the employment of the land resource of Heilongjiang Province,the phenomenon was pointed out that the land area per person has been decreasing gradually in the employment of the land in Heilongjiang Province.Meanwhile, the problems have been indicated such as plundering management and land erosion, and the corresponding counter-measures have been proposed.
