我国边民证的使用和防伪

目前，我国在中朝、中蒙、中缅、中越、中老（挝）、中尼（泊尔）边境地区实行特殊的边民出入境管理，通过签发边民证方便往来，维护国家安全和边境地区的稳定。但现行边民证防伪技术含量较低，在使用中容易出现造假现象。当务之急是提高边民证的防伪性能，加强边境管理和查验，以促进边境地区的经济发展和社会稳定。
