Creating A Fine Security Environment Based on the Concept of People＇ s War

人民战争思想是战争年代我军战胜日本帝国主义和国民党反动派的强大思想武器，和平建设时期的警卫工作同样需要运用人民战争思想营造良好的警卫环境，为完成繁重的警卫任务创造条件。因此，在全社会构建大警卫格局具有极其重要的意义。

The concept of people＇ s war is the powerful ideological weapon that our country defeats the Japanese imperialism and Kuomintang reactionaries during the war years. In the peacetime, the security work also need to apply the concept of people＇ s war to creating the fine security environment which can create conditions for accomplishing the strenuous security mission. It is urgent to structure a big security pattern in the whole society. This paper, starting with the big security pattern, discusses the significance of building the big security pattern and the way to realize the big security pattern.
