The paper first analyzes various micro and macro factors affecting the rual providing for the aged, and then puts forward some countermeasures as for the construction of the guranteen system of the rual providing for the aged. It maintains that at present we should strengthen and solidify the family＇s function in the aged providing, and the government should play a supplementary role in helping family＇s providing, strongly advocating filial piety, and giving scope to community＇s and social providing for the aged.
