摘要
家族企业代际传承的实质是控制权上的传递,文章通过对模型的分析,结合我国特有的内外部因素,认为我国家族企业在控制权传承过程中应通过放缓传递速度、采取分层传递方式、建全规章制度、建立合理的激励约束机制四个方面以减缓家族企业代际传递过程的压力。
The essence of family business inter- generational succession is the Control Rights transmission. The paper through the analysis of the model, combined with China's unique internal and external factors, held that the family business should adopt the four aspects to mitigate the stress of inter - generational succession of family business in the process of control rights transmission, which should slow down transmission speed, stratify to hand over, improve rules and regulations, establish a rational incentive and restraint mechanisms.
