完善我国高师院校教育课程设置体系的思考

The Way to Perfect Curriculum System of Teachers' Education of Our Country's Normal University in the Background of Teachers' Professionalization

教师教育课程的设置是多层面、宽领域的;在知识技能上,教师教育课程的设置必须以促进教师本体性知识和条件性知识的整合为目标。我们应结合我国高等师范院校教师教育的现实状况和长远发展的需要,借鉴国外发达国家教育课程设置的成功经验,努力构建一种合理的、完善的、适应我国教师专业化发展的教育课程设置体系。

In the background of teachers＇ professionalization, curriculum of teachers＇ education must be multiple in levels and fields. On the knowledge and skill, the curriculum must aim at improving the integration of teachers＇ subject- matter knowledge and conditional knowledge. This article proceeds from the reality and long- term development need of teachers＇ education of our county＇ s normal university and learns from foreign developed country＇s successful experience. On this basis, a reasonable and more improved curriculum will be developed to meet the professional development of curriculum system of teachers＇ education.
