深圳市社区预防接种与传染病防制运行成本研究

目的研究深圳市社区开展预防接种与传染病防制服务工作的成本,研制出计算公式,为社区卫生服务财政投入提供科学依据。方法按研制出的计算公式计算出完成社区预防接种与传染病防制的标准配置人力及基础保障成本。结果2008年度,完成预防接种与传染病防制服务标准配置人力分别为1.40人和0.03人,基础保障成本为2.63万元。结论根据计算公式中影响因子进行资源优化将有利于社区卫生服务的财政投入。

Methods According to the human resource cost and the basis of the cost of support for calculating. The formula was developed and calculated the allocation of human resource and the operating costs for service. Results The amounts of the standard of human resource the vaccination and infectious diseases control were 1.40 people and 0.03 people, running cost is 26 300 Yuan. Conclusion It is more conducive to the financial investment in community health services to optimize resources on the factors.
